The central location here is fantastic, with easy access to stunning Kuang Si waterfalls at a more affordable rate than through a travel agency - can't wait to return despite not having much time during our stay.

Only Location.
It is not like a 4 Star Hotel. First day Hotel Charge 15000 bht from my credit card account but my bill was 11730 bht. Again check out time they charge my Bill Amunt 11730 bht. My advance 15000 bht they return After 7 days to my credit card account. So it is not good for Tourist because my credit card facilities was block 7 days.

I've stayed here with my fiancee from 12th Sept - 15th Sept. At first, I was skeptical about the hotel after reading the reviews posted here, but to my surprise, the hotel has surpassed all my initial and post expectations! Check-in counter is located at the fourth level overlooking the swimming pool, the whole process took less than 10 minutes, and the staff were smiling and friendly all the way to my room. Hotel is located near to many massage spas and parlours, restaurants and street eateries. A 10 minutes walk to the asoke bts station is a huge plus, and the hotel provides free tuk tuk transports to the bts station! There was this incident, where it was raining heavily, and both of us were caught in the rain along the road to the hotel. The hotel's tuk tuk drivers actually drove out and spotted us and promptly brought us back to the hotel, this little gesture touched me deeply and although their names slip off my mind, I've yet to encounter an unfriendly staff! Housekeeping and room service were fantastic and fast, any requests for additional items are sent to us within 5 minutes which is great! I would definitely return here during my next visit to bangkok, good job golden tulip!

Overall good find, big executive suite and comfy bedding! Nice pool and bar area. Breakfast was good. Was a little away from Sukhumvit but we liked the extra walk. Will be back next time for sure. Night concierge is very friendly and helpful!
Design of shower was big and spacious but the water stagnated since the slope was not enough for all the water to drain out. Just a little design issue but no biggie

I had an air conditioned triple room with a picturesque view of the Bangkok skyline. Comfortable beds, a private safe, an electronic key card and a coffee/tea maker were a nice touch. The pool was very clean and I had complimentary drinks in the poolside bar...

On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that we had immediately been upgraded to a suite and what an impressive room this was. We had every luxury you could ask for in a room, free WiFi, spectacular bathroom, separate bedroom, kitchenette and lounge area. I have lived in 1 bedroom flats smaller than this suite! The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant were lovely and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We have to say that we thought that this was the best hotel suite that we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a few over the years. Congratulations to the owners and especially to all the staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book in again when we are in Bangkok next. Highly recommended.
It was all good.

The facilities are overall not bad, with the exception of the reception. Breakfast was simple but nice and the restaurant staff is really kind, helpful and very well trained, offering an excellent standard of hospitality.
I found the staff at the reception absolutely not up to the standard, with the exception of one or two employees. Always bare footed and absolutely lacking the cordiality and the sense of hospitality the situation requires. Let us not forget that this hotel with a 2-linear meter reception sells as a 4-star accomodation. With the exception of one receptionist (whose name I have forgotten), all the reception staff lack smile and helpfulness. I paid for an extra half a day because my flight was at midnight and yet the receptionist refused to extend the checkout to 7pm instead of 6pm, as per hotel policy. She claimed the hotel was full (in that case they would have not extended half day under payment, would they?) and that the manager was on leave and she did not even care to make a call to help. No, and that was it. I had to wait for another day and for the only professional receptionist (the one wearing shoes) in the hotel to be on duty, to get what I needed. She did not have to check nor make calls. Yes, with a smile, but my impression of the hotel was already tainted by this and many other small details. Price is good but it cannot justify compromises on 4 star services: it is a matter of transparency and free choice.
